The Navi 2.0 demo is really impressive. I was wondering how you do the 3D picking though.
We are developing a realtime mediasharing application, with Navi materials projected on 3D billboards representing the different media items. We even have a physics engine and I can very easily detect which object is picked, and what position.
The problem is getting the texture coordinates from the world picking position...
